Analysing 'The Peep Show'

·         Lots of over-dubbed laughter
·         Observational comedy
·         Filmed through a head camera
·         Shows the other actors point of view.
·         Panning from side to side
·         Puts the audience in the position of the actor.
·         Diegetic sound
·         Characters in middle of shot, to show importance of character and to focus audience on character.
·         Use voiceover to show characters point of view.
·         Dim lighting shows a negative scene
·         Targets audience that understand language.
·         Shows friendship by being open and honest with each other
·         Shot shifts to other character, bringing them into attention
